Like the song cranked loudly by Eric Burdon and the Animals. The  relocating, retiring to Maine talk. The reasons why the need for the move to Maine. Always always topped with the just "too many people, it's not safe, we're drowning in high cost of living and regulations".

Help needed to get me and my family moved to Maine please. Clearly stated from the end of the phone call, email or real estate office visitor in person. Who clearly spells it all out. Cards all face up spread in a fan display of one by one across the table. The reasons why the strong need for the moving to Maine discussion has to happen.maine river winter photo

The line items on both of  those hand crafted lists in your handwriting  is so so important.

In knowing what the move to Maine is going to help accomplish that is missing now.

To share what do you like to do for fun that Maine is loaded with for all those outdoor options.

Andrew

There is certainly a lot to like about living in Maine, and you are the person to be in touch with to make that happen, now or in the future. I particularly liked the southern coast, since it was near where we lived outside Boston.. But I sure don't miss the cold and snow.

Hello Andrew,

Maine is a lovely state, but relocating from Texas to snowy winters just won't work for my husband!

Joe ... Explore and discovery are good because you can not see the World from your kitchen window. Travel with kids in your own state, around the globe is even more fun because you see things through those kids plus your own take away for win win.

James ... When a person never has been somewhere they have lots of myths and not much else about an area. Come see we have no polar bears, no igloos in Maine. Real estate in Maine sells year round. Winter is not Arctic Circle conditions, one of the four seasons.

L and S ... Better have lots of buyer, seller real estate resources to snack on for your late night online buyer.

S and D ... If you ever run for public office, I will help do the PR the same way you praise and promote!

Roy ... Maine, stop fighting her drop dead gorgeous charms and let her pull you in by the heart strings. You need to come see the flowers in Maine you like to capture on film!

Jeff  ... Pick another from the held up cards... there is spring, summer and fall if no thanks, no winter to slide on the plate for you! Winter is fun and you dress for it, you are outside exercising and talk about fresh air, and the way things are experienced... like Maine lighthouses since you like the coast, one facet of many.
