This is a great tool..never did I think to throw it into Excell........thanks for sharing.....I am sending you an email now.......ok, I tried to send you an email. I think my Active Rain is broken......everything is slow and I keep reading posts that have multiple comments meaning they are clicking over and over again like I do.....let me know if you got my email....or if you got it 2 or 3 times......

Great presentation on this subject.
I use local absorption rate statistics with both my buyers and sellers. It refelcts on my personal uderstanding of local market conditions.
