A Common Buyer Mistake is waiting too long

If you are in the market to buy a home in the near future and don't have a time frame you may want to look into looking for a new home now.

I know from experience that waiting til Spring in not usually the best idea. I purchased my home last July. There were many homes that I would have liked to purchase but I waited too long. By the time spring comes everyone that has thought about looking for a home starts looking. Which in my case meant the homes went fast. In many cases within the first day. So instead of getting a home I wanted for a fair price, I had to play the waiting game for a home that was good in my price range.

I started looking in February and it took until June for the area I wanted to buy to settle a bit.  In the winter months, more sellers are willing to part ways with their home at a fair price.

What are you waiting for? Get your look on!
