Pioneer place has about 40 homes. It's a mix of manufactured and traditional stick built homes. This is an affordable neighborhood. It's located across the street from the high school and it's on the east side of town. F Road borders the subdivision to the north, and Pioneer Road borders it on the south. 

Most of the floor plans are single story, with just a few two story homes in the area.

• The average listed price is $128,570. 
• The median listed price is $142,000.

• In 2014 two homes have sold in Pioneer Place. Both were stick built. 
• The prices are $137,192 (bank owned) and $154,000. 
• The average days on market was 60. 
• There are some covenants in place to protect the integrity of the neighborhood.
