New Points - Read on…

I was going to reblog this but couldn’t so for those of you who are interested, ActiveRain has confused reviewed, repurposed, repositioned, redone the point system today as of December 30, 2014.

Yes, so here is the link to the post, and if you wish you can head straight there.

However, let me point out a few things that occurred to me based on comments that I’ve read:

* While you can receive points for up to 20 comments per day, this DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO STOP AT 20 COMMENTS NOR DOES IT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO COMMENT ON 20 POSTS PER DAY.

* What it means is that we hope you will READ and comment on as many posts per day as you see fit.

*It means that no one is holding a gun to your head and making you comment on 20 posts per day.

*It means that no one is going to take away your smartphone or tablet should you not comment on 20 posts per day.

I hope that this will encourage(bribe) those of you who have felt that you could not comment on more than 10 posts per day because you weren’t going to get points to step up and let us hear your voice.

We learn from all of the members here, whether or not we agree with what you say.

And please indulge me with this one statement….

The quickest way to not make friends and influence people here is to copy and paste a standard “Good post, keep up the good work” in a comment.

Now get out there and start commenting!

Okay now I'm confused. Just the other day the maximum was 10 comments. they dropped it from 20 now its back to 20. Soooo I for one am happy it is back to 20. Have a great day BTW I was going to say good post keep up the good work..... However I don't want to be censored by you so I won't........

Kathy, If only time would permit it I would comment on 30 or 40 per day if I were a wise Realtor as there is so much to learn here and the best way to learn it is to read the great posts and comment and re-blog, and on and on.

BTW - how do you find someone who reblogged your post these days, do you know? I can't find who did to thank them with the way they have changed the set up of the point system. Thanks

I may be the only one who was happy to see it drop to 10 and disappointed to see it brought back to 20. I strive to do the limit and 20 is far too time consuming for me.
