Warmest State In The Continental USA Today - Happy New Year!

Florida is the warmest state in the continental USA today! We are tied with Hawaii, having temperatures that are going up into the mid-70s! That is just one reason to wish everyone a Happy New Year from the Sunshine State!

Said it before and I'll say it again, if I could sell what I own, I'd be living in Florida. I lived there some years ago for a short time and just complained about the bugs all the time. I would complain about bugs when the temperature is 70 degrees in January.

Happy New Year from Hawaii. It was beautiful in the morning. I made it to the beach in the morning and caught lots of waves. But I did have to wear my wet suit. It wasn't 70 yet. Florida is probably a lot cheaper then Kauai.

We are a tad colder here in Sacramento than normal.  We actually had temps dip to freezing overnight.  However, that didn't stop me from taking my traditional New Years swim, in an outdoor pool today.  I will add that it was 90 degree water however.  Felt great!
