As I remember a dear friend of mine and very respectful Realtor, I mentioned to him in 2007 that all I wanted was a certificate for something. I had started my career in Real Estate in the beginning of 2006 and watched a lot of Realtor receive awards for all kinds of things. I had worked very hard my first year and had a desire to receive some sort of award. I was to new to the real estate and I was not sure of how one would received an award or certificate for something. He surprised me with the following certificate below, please enjoy the kind words from Rick Catalano who is still active in Real Estate. The best award or certificate is having a friend who cares and takes the time to say, "you are doing well"
