NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD:
The Number of Homes Sold in Effort PA was 9, UP 12% from 8 for November 2013.
The Number of Homes Sold in the Poconos for November was 209.
YEAR TO DATE STATISTICS:
The Average Sold Price YTD for 2014 in Effort PA is $137k, UP 7% from $128k for 2013 and The Number of Homes sold YTD for 2014 is 106, UP 34% from 79 for YTD 2013. Love to see this continuing trend in the Effort PA Real Estate Market Report.
