One of my favorite outside Christmas Decorations is this reindeer (lovingly called Bullwinkle by all of us). He sits outside for the Christmas season, no matter what the weather, and if it's particularly windy he will go for a visit to the neighbors or try to swim across the pond. That's why we have to tie him down; he's just such a friendly guy.
Unfortunately, I think this may be Bullwinkle's last season. He has developed a leak which we cannot find. He only half-inflates and leans on the bush near him looking very forlorn.
I don't normally care for inflatable decorations, but we bought him in Georgia 9 years ago when we had some acreage and lots of empty space. I hate to see him go - I know I won't buy a replacement because I haven't seen anything as cute as him.
We'll try one more time to find the leak. I hate to see him go.
He is going to miss you all when you put him in retirement.
