Does the photo of your house on the MLS have people asking themselves this question? When you list your home for sale in the winter the MLS photographer takes the picture of your house with snow on the ground. Why is it that in April when we are looking at your house on the MLS it still has snow on the ground?
We make it a point to monitor this and many other things about the marketing of a home. When the weather gets nice and the grass turns green and the snow is gone, we get a new picture put up on the MLS of the house so it looks better, and people don't wonder what month it is.
