I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in October 2014.

I looked for residential listings sold. There were 18 homes that settled in October 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 1,055,000 and lowest sale price was $260,000

The average original list price was $520,472.

The average last list price was $502,842

The average sale price was $477,833.

The homes were on the market for an average of 139 days. .

Montgomery County is a great place to live, and like Delaware and Chester Counties kept their county taxes at the same rate this year. Much to like about Montgomery Township and the range of price points shows there is a home for everybody.
