Makaha Valley Towers - Caretaker Authorization Form

Many of the Makaha Valley Towers owners are part time-residents.  For owners who want to permit friends to check on their unit from time to time, there is a caretaker form they can fill out and submit to the Makaha Valley Towers office.  Submission of the completed form can be made in person, via e-mail or by fax.
