San Mateo County home appreciation stats -2012 thru 2014 for SFH

 
 

 

As with other  city postings in SF Bay, this is based on a typ sfh (1300-2000 sf).  We exclude very small or estates to keep sample size statistically significant.

School, neighborhoods are lumped together.  There are not too many sellers in other smaller neighboods. 

Home price increase will be less in during 2015than previous years.

 

Unless there is a strong local economy pushing up the demand. The instant rich ones are likely to purchase bigger properties so it is safe to surmise the trend is correct for 2015.
