Our Audio Open House allows prospective buyers to listen to a recorded message about you home any time they want to.  There is an 800 number that they call and enter the three-digit extension for you home.  The buyer can listen to a recorded message that tells them all the features of your home, all about the schools, about the mortgage payments, and even directs them to your homes private web page. 

This is just one of the modern marketing tools we use to get your house sold.  It also happens to be one that will get your house sold faster and for the most money if that's important; and we feel it is.

I agree, it's another medium to provide information. Though, my company recently put out to pasture the 800 property info line and is focusing on web-based options.  It seems it still has a place since most people have cell phones, but, then the use of broadband & internet phones are increasing.
