I am looking to be able to provide our Palm Beach County Commercial Real Estate prospects more access to search properties online.  We just added from the MLS the commercial properties by city in the county.  For example you can search the Florida Regional MLS Commercial Properties in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens or West Palm Beach.

In the past I looked into getting the loopnet feed for other agents that target commercial real estate and none of them ever decided to spend the money.

I would appreciate hearing from others in the Active Rain Commercial Real Estate community that have used some of these other systems.  Are you happy with them - do they bring in a number of leads?

We have signed up with loopnet and get prospects directly from their system - we are just looking for a better way to provide informaiton to potential prospects and see.

Yes - we know the best properties never make it to loopnet and certainly not the Realtors MLS systems.  We have many of the right relationships to get access to these properties -
