Help! I need WATER SOLUABLE FIBER!

By
Real Estate Agent with The HBH Group (Keller Williams affiliate)

As many of you know, I am on a high water soluable fiber diet that reduces cholesterol without the need for Statin drugs in my diet.  I wanted to give you two more tips that I use to get the 42 grams of WATER SOLUABLE fiber in my diet that I need to bind the cholesteral naturally and flush it through my system.  I take psyllium husk caps three times per day and I also use Benefiber in all soups, cereals (oatbran) and juices that I consume.  Benefiber is odorless and tasteless and you never know it is there.

In the immortal words of the Alka-Selzer commercials of many years ago:  "Try it, You'll like it!"

Health to you all!  Steve

Steve,

Are you taking any omega 3 naturally?

The diet that I am using created by Gary Keller (of Keller Williams) calls for eating cold water oily fish 2-3 times per week (salmon, tuna, etc.).  Omega 3 abounds in these fish and I get mine naturally that way.  If you read How I avoided Diabetes... And got off Zocor... you can see where my journey has gone in reducing cholesterol issues.  Increasing WATER SOLUABLE FIBER is just one part of this to include natural supplements and plenty of exercise and meditation.  If anyone out there wants a copy of Gary's diet, simply email me and I will send it back to you.  I have shared this with hundreds of people since I got on it last summer.  It is helped me so much that I could not keep it to myself!  Thanks!  To your good health!  Steve

Hey by the way...  Benefiber also comes in flavored tablets that taste pretty good too...  Try them!  Steve
