Larchmont is a very desirable area. Not only is it close to the city, but Larchmont Village itself is within walking distance from many homes. The village offers casual to upscale restaurants, a movie theatre, several gyms, great parks, and if you are fortunate enough, and live in the Manor, there is a beach too!

The lowest priced home was sold for $927,000, and was 4 bedrooms and 2322 square feet, with the highest priced home selling for $1,525,000 and featured 4 bedrooms, and 2630 square feet. The properties in Larchmont are always in demand with multiple bids being the norm. Buyers should always prepare for that scenario, and be prepared to bid at list price, or over, and to be creative in their bidding. Homes were selling for $466.16 per square foot which would mean 20 Bonnie Way at 2480 square feet X $466.16 = $1,156,076 … so $999,000 (with multiple bidding) was all good..
