Three previously-owned homes closed escrow in Claremont during the week ending April 5, 2008, and four Claremont home reportedly entered escrow during the week, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, which reports listings and sales of previously-owned homes.
The MLS said four new Claremont listings were added during the week, for a total inventory of 96 previously-owned homes listed in Claremont on April 6, including 60 single-family homes with no monthly fees and 36 condominiums, town homes and single-family homes in associations.
As of April 6, the MLS reported, 20 Claremont single-family homes or condominiums were available for leasing.
