HI David - on a day like today, you really want your house to be tight and warm. Here in Tennessee, it was 4 degrees when the sun came up, and if I didn't watch the news, I would have never know it was even cold. It's nice to have a modern home that was wrapped and well insulated.

Larry so true, but even in the older homes one can make them insulated and well sealed. Almost every state now offers Home Energy Audits for free or at a discount, just Google your state to find out how.
