There are a lot of great ways to generate seller leads for free!
A good Facebook post, embed into a blog post (see below!), add to your website sidebar or as a custom page (look to the right!) and others, but one of the easiest is to create an email signature that automatically goes out with every email you send!

NOTE: While we say to create landing pages at the neighborhood or farm level when advertising on Facebook, for an email signature, create a Property Valuation landing page for your entire area for this as your emails go out to all sorts of people!
