Here are the Sales numbers for all of 2014, for homes and lot sales in the City of Montrose and the County this side of the Uncompaghre Plateau. As you will see the Total numbers for each year are compared with the same criteria going back to 2010
Home Sales remain almost the same in 2014 as they were in 2013, just 6 more sales. The Median Sales price slowly crept up $5,500 from a year ago, Days on the market dropped slightly by 8 days. The number of foreclosed homes dropped by 36.
All these numbers are moving in a positive direction all be it by just a little. I see 2015 being a little better again for the Montrose Area.
