No, this is not a play on words or an ad about real estate.
I somehow, inadvertently came across this video on YouTube by Keller Williams and was attracted by his uniqueness and impressed by his playing skill:

Here is another one of Keller Williams opening at a music festival:

And here is one showing Keller Williams' technique of live overdubbing:
Loop Jam from "Breathe"
The following is an interview that he did on the National Lampoon Network:
Keller Williams Interview.
Although he appears to have a different philosophical point of view, the technical skill and the overdubbing technique reminded me a little of of Phil Keaggy, who I've seen do similar, and more, live:

Phil Keaggy (2002) (this clip starts with a mistake, but it's soon forgotten)
Here are some other videos for you to get an idea of Keaggy's artistry and skill if you you've never heard him over the past 40 years...
This is an earlier example of a softer aspect of his playing:
Wind And The Wheat
And here's is an example of him rocking with Glass Harp (about 35 years ago):

See the following for more various samples:

Time (1980 with band)
While My Guitar Gently Weeps (with Glass Harp and Guests - 2006)
Here Comes The Sun (Live 2002)

Staying on the "Beatles" theme, if you enjoy listening to that level of playing, listen to Tommy Emmanuel's Beatles Medley and also check out his versions of Mason Williams' Classical Gas as well as the House of the Rising Sun and Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
Here's a bonus video with Phil Keaggy, Laurence Juber and Muriel Anderson:
