Current MLS Property Listings on the Market
First we will take a look at the current homes for sale on the market. There are seven properties currently available for sale on the market. Of these properties, two properties are listed as contingent and zero properties are listed as pending. That leaves five properties available for sale of which one has had a price reduction. Let us look at the Sales to List price; this information has been provided to see the relationship of the actual sold price of a home to the asking list price. On the low end of the spectrum there was a 95% sale of asking price, the average was 97% of the asking price meaning that most properties are settling at a 3% discount of the asking prices. At the high of the spectrum was a sale at 99% of the asking price letting us know that the homes have all sold for less than asking price.
