Talk about making an Entrance!

By
Real Estate Agent with Beachfront Realty 3220434

First impressions, we all know how important they are. Well, I was expecting a lot from the viewing of this newly listed $16,500,000 house in Miami Beach but my mouth just dropped open in the entrance.

Talk about making an entrance! This architect hit a grand slam on it. Once you got past this it was a straight shot out to the pool and water beyond. Just amazing. More info is available by simply asking me.

Marco Giancola this is the type of entry I would have expected at Lebron's. It's always about first impressions and it starts by getting through that front door.

Lets shake things up at your home today!

Actually I find it rather cold and uninviting.

I totally agree with you Marco Giancola  - but I live in a similar climate with similar architecture - AZ.   I also have a home and am a Realtor in UT, and if I were sitting there right now, I would think the same thing as Roger D. Mucci, cold and uninviting!     But since I'm in AZ today, I say WOW!   I could live in that home and enjoy every moment!

Wow.  This one does make a grand entrance.  I love the Buddha sitting there to welcome everyone in.

Marco Giancola You are right on your opinion for this fabulous home. The architect really assessed the environment and capitalized on it. Good Selling!

Wow, spectacular! For some is may not seem warm enough but buyers for these properties have a different sensibility.

Oh yeah, that speaks of more great things to come. Fabulous and grand entry - and reflects the market and style there very well. Imagine it's even more fabulous when you see the promise of water beyond...

Marco Giancola that is one unique home. But for $16M+ I guess it better be unique.

Mostly more for you and less for me  You really screwed up your average sales price with the $105,000 sale.
