We are your "Friends & Neighbors"!

As most of you know, Evelyn and I started out with Prudential many years ago and then we opened our own brokerage in 2010. We specialized in Elkhart County and all its Subdivisions. Listing, Selling and Closing was the name of the game as people Googled the names of the subdivisions and ended up with Elkhart County Subdivisions, LLC, which we operated under until January of 2015, when we decided to branch out and include the Counties around us, especially St.Joseph County, which includes South Bend and Mishawaka and of course Granger. LaGrange County and Kosciosko County are also neighboring Counties we want to focus on. Our parent name is still Elkhart County Subdivisions, LLC and the website content is still in tact.

We not only still specialize in the subdivisions of Elkhart County, but all the Neighbors, so our additional name is Friends & Neighbors Real Estate. We have a total of 5 agents now and are looking forward to additional agents joining us in the Spring. This is a copy of the first card we are sending out to our mailing list this week. The first of many to come. I want to thank Barbara Todaro for her expertise.

The tie in that I really like is the fact that all of us look to our Friends and Neighbors when we are searching for someone to work with. We want someone that someone else has been happy with. People do business with The People they Know, Like and Trust! WA-LA!
