Why can't we get it?

Eat less, burn more than you eat. Drink plenty of water and don't eat anything out of a box. Don't drink beer. Stay active.

Is this really that complicated?

No.

Pills, toys, flimsy gadgets, wonder shakes, frozen little tv dinners that taste like rubber & plastic, boxes of "healthy" cereal that rival a collection of rocks, twigs and sticks, health power bars that taste like shoe leather and so much more.

Fill your plate, remove half of it. Limit your starches. Eat in the nude. Drink lots of water before you eat. Eat slower. Diss the sour cream and pancakes.......

Okay, now I'll go try to follow thru with my own advice..

Yes Lindsey,

Eat your fried chicken, ice-cream, pizza and taco bell in the nude. Do it in the living room with your spouse watching you. Your likely to have horrible memories of the Nachoes Bell Grande & Crispy drumstick. Instead, eat veggies with wine and good times. My wife & I have been having date night at home. We light candles play a little cool music and do everything we'd want from the restaurant without the gigantic portions, extra creams and delicious italian bread! We changed from sticky Bleu cheez to Olive Oil & lemons..yummy; great with smoked salmon....I know tmi...

Pep talk? No, a hug would be nice. Our new little tiny poodle craped herself and had it stuck to her butt as she ran all over the house freaking out wondering what was behind her. I made the mistake chasing her with a paper towel & sprays and lysol...

No pills for me Steve. I hate pills. crushed maybe.

I can't imagine anything entertaining about watching the opposite sex eat in the nude, although I did see this tv show...nevermind. This subject has "gutter" comments written all over it! :)
