There is a shortage of homes for sale in Sylvania, OH

As a Realtor for Key Realty, I have been telling potential sellers that if you have been thinking about selling your house, 2015 is the year.   Even the media have been talking about homes in our area are again starting to increase in value, and the amount of forclousers and bank owned houses continues to decrease.  Interest rates are extremely low.  I purchased my first home in 1979 when the rates were 10% fixed.  Shortly thereafter the rates climbed to 18%.

So let's take a look at Waterford Village in Sylvania.
