A total of $12.7 million worth of homes sold and closed in Clarksburg during December 2014, compared to $5.4 million in December 2013 – a 133.8 percent increase.
The median sold price during December was $419,750 (up 3.0 percent compared to December of last year), and the number of homes sold and closed was up 114.3 percent.
