Cold FeetThe dominant topic surrounding cold feet in real estate is about buyer's remorse. Signing a purchase contract then the buyer thinks maybe not. What have I done? I wanted with the advent of a new year however to think about another category of cold feet because

No One Likes Cold Feet.

It is the hesitancy, or being reticent, to move forward and YOU be the icebreaker mingling and talking with others. If you are the strong extrovert that works the room this tip is not for you. This is for the pick and choose medium extrovert to the mild to severe introvert. SOMEONE has to get the ball rolling with people. If you don't, like on the phone they call it call reluctance. At a dance they call it wallflower. People really don't bite. They all carry some pain, have some joy, have dreams and heartaches. Just compliment on them as a beginning. It doesn't always have to be talking about the weather. Note something good they are doing, or make a general joke about the environment you are in but not religious or political. Networking for friends, similarities in the human condition or for business, all starts with one person making the move. For the new year, make more often than not, that person is

YOU!!

It is sometimes a good practice to revisit old blogs and reblogs. We might even find some good ideas for current posts.
