Wilton is a town that has the small town feel, and yet it is centrally located between some very cosmopolitan towns that have great shopping, theatre, restaurants, etc such as New Canaan, Westport, and Stamford. I have heard that residents new to the town feel like they have lived here forever, because they fit right in and everyone is friendly. The schools are phenomenal!

3 of the 13 homes that closed in December were sold for over $1,000,000 while only 1 sold for under $500,00.
The number of homes sold has been down compared to previous years. While the number of homes sold usually decreases in the final months of the year, the number sold in November and December this year are down from 2013.
The Average Sale price in December was down this year compared to 2013, although that year was abnormally high.
