Bermuda Dunes, obviously has nothing to do with the Bermuda Triangle or Bermuda itself but it is a beautiful desert location just north of Palm Desert and Indio California. It borders a numerous country clubs and fully surrounds the Bermuda Dunes Country Club.
Nestled in Riverside County, Bermuda Dunes is home to about 7500 residents and is 23 miles east of Palm Springs. It was developed in 1962 and many celebrities including Clark Gable once had a home in Bermuda Dunes. Although not a city itself, it is a census designated area just south of Interstate 10 and served by the Bermuda Dunes Airport, located on the northeast quadrant of this community.
