Only two waterfront properties have closed so far in January 2015, but with 15 Lake Sinclair properties pending I expect the number to go up significantly before the end of the month. The average list price of the pending homes is $218,000 so I also expect the price to go up with more closings.
The good news is I also expect the day on market to be down for the month as well. Several of the pending homes went under contract in just a few days. Look for my full January report about mid February and tomorrow I'll post the results for 2014. But just a hint... we saw improvement. Not huge, but still we went in the right dirction.
