Living in Orange County New York
Charming but cold, living on the Hudson River has some amazing views. Constantly in motion, the tide changes direction a couple times a day. Winer brings with it a different feature in that ice floats on the river. Watching the ice float up the river and down is a great pasttime of those with views from their homes. Such beautiful scenery and we do have winter. The temperature was 10 degrees last night. OMG I could use some warm weather about now.
COLD is not for wimps, it is for the birds!
Condos in the Hudson Valley
Why not live down the street from the Newburgh Waterfront. Condos with river views can be from three different locations. Ferry Crossing, Pier Loun and Plum Point are all on the Hudson River boasting fabulous views year round. Trust me when I say it is mesmerizing to watch the river and her quirky ways. My office was near this doc a couple of years ago. Needless to say I went to the office as much as possible to partake in the views.
The condos vary in price and begin under $150K for a condo on the water. Maintenance free living at its best. Enjoy living close to the Newburgh Beacon Bridge for an easy commute and remain minutes from the countryside. The best of both worlds right at your fingertips.
