I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in November 2014.

I looked for residential listings sold. There were 25 homes that settled in November 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 525,000 and lowest sale price was $35,000

The average original list price was $247,611.

The average last list price was $240,727 .

The average sale price was $234,275 The above is subject to errors and omissions.

The homes were on the market for an average of 95 days.
