The market is turning around !

After three open houses over the weekend I can honestly say the market is turning around. I had the best response this weekend I had in a long time. Clients are being smart about their purchases. If your home is clean and looks like you actually care about where you live your home will stand out above the rest. Regardless of the economy being positive and holding your ground can ease your clients. The nice weather brings people out and pus them in a shopping mood.

Regiane - It feele like that the market is improving in Florida as well, we are recieving more calls and taking more buyers out.

We have seen a pretty healthy increase in our 1031 exchange business as well. I think we have seen the bottom in terms of activity or volume, but we still have a ways to go in terms of reaching the bottom for price, but we are in the right direction.

Good for you. I hope they turn into closings.

Regiane. This is so true. I always make the outside look better than any place else that is on the same block. This will at least make people stop. Then, sell the inside. Thanks for the post, Royal..

regiane i think you are right. if the media would say we are ok then it would do us some justice. just like you said earlier. its all about the mindset.
