I showed 5 foreclosures this weekend. Mostly all were stripped of copper. One house in particular had electric baseboard heat on the third floor. The thieves even stripped the baseboard on the electric heat thinking they were going to find copper.

On the last house I showed, no copper was touched. BUT as we slowly went down the back staircase (it was really dark) and went into the first floor apartment, the stench was so horrible.

I guess they had dogs so it smelled of urine and feces etc etc. When we hurried back up those same stairs we noticed that they had boobie trapped the steps. 3 pieces of dog poop on each stair!  So that means, when we came down the steps we all had to step in the poop!

Wow! What people will do when they are losing their home. In this case thank goodness the poop was dry! Can you imagine how long it took them to collect all that poop for the boobie trap!?
