Sometimes less can be more!
City of Dallas Water Conservation and Texas A&M AgriLife Research are joining forces to sponsor a FREE seminar Saturday, February 7. The seminar will be held at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center Auditorium in North Dallas. Presenters will provide landscape tips to help homeowners conserve North Texas water, while creating a healthy lawn. We are fortunate to have A&M AgriLife Researchers and their vast knowledge in our "backyard."
Patrick Dickinson, will give you tips on how to care for your lawn. He will share basic lawn care information and address issues that many of us have experienced over the last few dry summers. By watering effectively, we can use less water and save money.
Although this event is FREE, registration is required. Complete your online reservation at Save Water Dallas, or reserve a seat by phone at 214-670-3155.
This is the perfect time of year to make plans to improve your turf. One of the things I love about North Texas is that we are fortunate to have a few warm sunny days throughout the winter to get a jump start on our Spring gardening.
