How do I sell my home fast in this market?

I get this question a lot and I'm going to give you my secret question that I ask my clients hat gets them their home sold quickly in any market!

If all other things are equal then ...?

If you ask this question it can get your home sold more quickly!

If all other things are equal, then if you landscape the yard it will sell faster.

If all other things are equal, then if you clean the carpet it will sell faster.

If all other things are equal, then if you include the appliances it will sell faster.

If all other things are equal, then if you stage your home it will sell faster.

So, if you want to sell your home faster than your neighbor who has the same layout, same square footage and the same price, then ask yourself... If all other things are equal then... and you home will sell faster than the Jones home next door!

I don't know about the market in Oregon, but in my area if a house is priced right and looks better than its competition, it is selling!

If all other things are equal...Reduce the price and it will sell faster :)

Ahem... maybe you should consider working with sellers over here on my side of the tracks... where every property is unique and no things are equal!

(Plus you know a sweet and competent broker over here that would just love to co-op with you! Could it be any more convenient?)

Linda - No matter what the market, the place, if it is price right and looks better than the competition, it will sell!
