In 2013, HOA and Club fees increased... however, more services are included such as basic internet and a basic phone line. HOA fee for the Regal Palms Resort is $210/month + a Regal Palms Club fee of $315/month. The HOA fee includes: Ground maintenance of common grounds and around townhomes, building exterior, roof, exterior pest control, security, trash removal, basic cable, internet and phone.
The Regal Palms Club fee includes the amenities such as the community pools, lazy river, slide, sand volleyball court, games room/Banana Jacks, fitness, inside/outside spa's, sauna, steam room and basic phone.

If you are staying in a home in Highlands Reserve golf course, you are not allowed to use the ammenties at Regal Palms, they aren't a combined community. If you're staying in a Regal Palms townhome, check with who you booked through for the daily rates for your family. They were ~$13/day per townhome in the past but this could've changed. You can eat at the Regal Palms Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar.
