Estero Condo Associations Signage Issues. This past week I recieved a phone call from a Condo Association, to remain nameless, concerning our "for sale"sign. We, as real estate agents, understand that rules are needed within gated communities so that we all are competing on the same foot. This weeks call was concerning "too much information" listed on the sign. Per the association rules, only four lines of information are allowed. The issue for me is that in today's internet age , I would think that a web addy would be one of the allowed lines of information. It is not !!! After a $40 dollar change to the sign, we are now in compliance with the standards and should sell within days!!!! What are your thoughts ?
