In the industry that we are in, you can not be successful without enthusiasm. Have you ever walked into an interview with a potential boss and he/she was a drag? Did you go to work for them? If you did, what were you thinking?
In my time here in Atlanta, I have met many Realtors that are blessed with Enthusiasm and I have met many that are not. The ones that are not, usually do not send many clients my way. The ones that are, typically have sent me lots of business because they have it. it is not true in all cases, but as an overall.
