I asked Lisa to please keep us posted. I have a data base with 4700 names in Top Producer. I am always afraid to delete people. I send an email out to all each month about the Stats of the Market. Then those that do not have an email...about 1000...I send letters to. In the long run...I am cleaning out bad leads...and tweeking the remaining ones.. It is a monumental task for me..
Good evening Ginger Harper , Now that you mention it. I need a lot of cleaning to do. Top producer and emails are at the top of my list. Even my contacts on my phone are needing some weeding out and updating.
Ginger - Wow 4,700 is a huge database. I could only hope to get to a number that high. Still working on building mine up.
Ginger Harper that's the first thing anyone should do - like spring and fall cleaning, this should be your regular task every 3-6 months.
No points keeping the weeds that grow and spoil the lawn!
I should be doing this too Ginger, maybe between you and Lise's encouragement I will get started on this soon.
