The median List prices  for the  Lake Forest Park/Sheridan Beach area  is $424,975 slipping slightly from from last week’s  $499,950.  Inventory has been tightening and days-on-market decreasing recently.  The Market Action Index  (see below  MAI chart) has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for the market conditions.
