Got Real Estate, Own a Home for Less than Rent

WHY RENT when you can own paying less than rent in many cities?

You can qualify for an FHA mortgage with a minimum 500 fico with 10% down or FHA 3.5% down or as low as 1/2% half percent down with a minimum 580 fico score in California. You can buy your rural dream home with Zero Down USDA Rural with a minimum 580 fico score unless your a Veteran then there is a no fico score requirement.

Your credit scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary. It only takes a few minutes to pre-qualify by answering a few dozen questions and provide this needs list for a pre-approval to get out shopping for a home of your choice.

You have Nothing to Lose and EQUITY to GAIN.

Are Sales Agreement states that there is a Pre-Approval letter, not a pre-qual.  I don't want my clients pre-qualified.

The difference of a Pre-qualification are just the questions, A Pre-approval Letter is documented proof of a DU Approval or Documented Pre-approval with underwritten Approval within 72 hours. We are only licensed within CA so and have recently been approved for 32 more states but undecided which ones so my comments are CA only.
