REALTOR® S.W.A.T.: Special Weapons and Tactics to Survive a Down Market

REALTOR® SWAT Registration

A registration fee is required to reserve your spot.

Fees are non-refundable. Due to the limited capacity at each venue, registration and payment is necessary to guarantee your space for the program you choose. Full Day Registrants MUST select their choice of C.E. Course at the time of registration.

All Seminars include continental breakfast, lunch, and program. Full Day Registrants receive their choice of CE-Credit Course. Morning Only registrants do not include CE Course. Please review your selected class, date and registration information as fees are non-refundable. You're so welcome. I'm trying to shake up the content a bit (mixing in other info with the 1031 stuff), so that it stays relevant and useful for the community. Any thoughts?

No, I'm not teaching any of those seminars. I posted it as a convenience and reminder for California Realtors looking for additional education that will assist them in modifying their business model for the current market stabilization.

S.W.A.T. is pretty catchy isn't it? I'm sorry that I can't take any credit for that title; some clever person at C.A.R. came up with it.

Thanks so much for your comment. The market is great for first time home buyers and investors. Prices have gotten low enough that many will cash flow now.

The key to doing great business in this changed market is keeping a positive attitude and being open to changing your business focus. The stuff that worked between 2004-2006 is not going to bring in the deals in 2008. We are returning to a normal market where hard work, diligence and integrity will be the qualities that bring success.

Apparently, this was rather disappointing day based on the reports I'm getting from attendees. That is really too bad. It was a such an opportunity for learning.
