Fishhawk Lake Real Estate-"Home" Schooling Our Buyers!
While walking my dogs late this afternoon, I got to thinking about this...it's really very similar to schooling them...

These are some of the "home classes" that we teach our buyers during the home buying process:
Loans 101-requires lots of paperwork and with it sometimes you can get extra "credit"
Paperwork 101-an ongoing class that requires paying lots of attention to what the teacher is saying, please bring a black pen unless you've signed up for it electronically
Inspection 101-usually a 2-4 hour class with notes at the end, a field day, bring the appropriate shoes and clothing as this may also be an outside class
Inspection 102-timeframe unknown, could be several field days and subject to change at any time
Pyschology 101-requires being flexible, as a class may be called at a moment's notice, or it may just require a one-on-one meeting with the teacher (please bring your own tissues)
Pyschology 102- a closed group, this class delves into higher learning, specifically related to learning patience and how not to take things personally, (this teacher is very comfortable in reading nonverbal cues and can guide the class accordingly), some prior anger-management skills needed to attend and prior experience in deep-breathing will be given extra points
Extra curricular activities-these could be visits to neighborhood art museums, rec centers, parks, other family members might want to attend
The semester can range anywhere from approximately 30 days to 12 months....students agree to be in it for however long it takes to graduate.
Graduation day-you receive your DEED and your key to your future! Extended family welcome! Congratulations, you did it!!
