Looking around the Lake Norman area for homes by boat can be fun, unless it's 30 degrees or less outside! However, that doesn't keep me down. We just add layers and take a ride up to the north to the Dam in Statesville. Some of the waterfront homes on Lake Norman are so beautiful! Have you seen the cows by the water? Last year we saw Santa waterskiing in his suit!
