So far, market is still slow in Lyndhurst. However, it's still a normal, balanced market. We have total of 141 active listings in Lyndhurst as of 01/22/15. If we sell these homes and condos at the same pace as now ( approximately 5 listings per week), this inventory will sell in  28 weeks. Sellers are hoping to accelerate the sales, so we see many minor price reductions. Good news is that there are buyers on the market who make the acceptable offers. We hope to see more of them as market is getting closer to Spring up.
