Good Motto for Selling Sacramento Homes: Just Sell IT

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

As business begins to gear up for January, it's nice that I have a little free time to engage in phone conversations with other agents. So much of spring-time sales is spent balancing one phone call against another and trying to end my call in time to take the next call. But January gives me time to have discussions, and to ask others how things are going for them, collect information, exchange stories.

Some agents have been lamenting about how long their listings have languished on the market over the cold winter months, and have even been toying with the idea of canceling their listing to chase others on the horizon. To that I say, criminy, Just Sell It. Yeah, just sell that Sacramento home. You can read more about my thoughts on the matter in my personal blog today about how to Prioritize to Just Sell Homes in Sacramento.

Morning Elizabeth I have found it is either price or location that sales property.  The home can have a great price but be in the worse location.  It sits on the market for days and days.

Criminy?  You just say criminy?  I don't think I've heard that word for ages.  But, I like it.

Gabe Sanders I use a lot of words most people haven't heard for a long time, and that's because I don't get very many visitors stopping by my chimpanzee cage to chat. In some ways, I never outgrew the 50's-60's.

There's always something that can be done to get a listing sold that has accumulated some days on market.
