By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Capital City 970700173

Looking to sell you small farm or ranch in Oregon this year?  We are definitely in a sellers market, due to low inventory.  And lending rates are low, so everybody wins.

If you are looking for a Real Estate Broker to help you sell your ranch, we need to talk!  We specialize in selling acreage homes, horse property and small ranches in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.  Selling small farms, ranches and rural property is quite different that selling a subdivision home.  I would be happy to share with you the many ways we target market farms and ranches to maximize their exposure to the right buyers.

Be sure to check out an article I wrote yesterday if you are considering interviewing multiple agents, 5 NEW Questions You Should Ask in the 21st Century Before Hiring a Real Estate Agent.

Good morning, Catherine --- in California, my real estate license extends to selling lots of different types of real estate but just because I can doesn't mean I should or do.

You're right that having an expert in such a specialized segment of the market is so important to a buyer or seller.   For those interested in Willmette Valley real estate small farms or ranches, contacting you will make a transaction a lot more successful.

Yes, Michael, I would not dream of selling industrial land, apartments, commercial buildings.  Even selling a brand new subdivision would require me to completely change my marketing tactics.

Hi Catherine - Small farms and ranches are a very specialized market, with a unique set of issues and opportunities. They require an agent like you who has the right experience and background to provide both buyers and sellers the expert help they need.

Where SOLD Happens!

I have thought about speciailizing in small farms and acreage. Our little place has chickens and pigs, so I might as well specialize in an area I know!!

Exactly Johnny Davis !  Do some research first, make sure that the type of property you want to specialize in is in demand/enough sales to make it worth your while, etc. If you want, I would be happy to give you some pointers along the way.  Just ask!
